At the end of this course, the students; 1) Explain the purpose and function of civil procedure law and the structure of the civil court organization and the duties of professionals that work at the courts. 2) Explain the competent and jurisdiction of the civil courts. 3) Explain the stages, kinds and requirements of the civil cases. 4) Explain who cen be authorized to file an action.

COURSE DEFINITION
Organization of the court and judicial officers, principles in judgement and procedures for judgment, duty of the courts, jurisdiction of courts, concept of lawsuit, parties, and power of attorney in a lawsuit, conditions for lawsuit and types of lawsuits, initiation of lawsuit and results (exchange of petitions phase), litigation (investigation phase and litigation), proof and evidence(deed and document, conclusive evidence), discretionary evidence, oral proceeding and judgment, types of court decisions and concept of judgment are taught in the course.
