| COURSE DEFINITION | Rights classification, historical development of human rights, international dimension of human rights, universal and regional protection of human rights, the European Convention on Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights, the European Convention on Human Rights and the European Court of Human Rights jurisprudence, the development of human rights in Turkey, basic rights and freedoms in the Constitution, individual applications to the Constitutional Court issues are covered in this course. |
