LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Informed about the classification of legal rules. 2) Know the place of civil law among those. 3) Learn concepts such as real and legal person and capacity. 4) Learn how to resolve conflicts arising from law of persons.

COURSE DEFINITION	Turkish Civil Code Beginning Clauses, Definition of Civil Law, Sources of Law, Clause of Honesty and misuse of individual rights, Principle of Goodwill; Law of Persons: Concept of Personality, Real Persons, Legal Persons: Associations, Foundations are taught in the course.
