LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) To enable the student to enrich his/her perspective and develop his/her creativity by directing them to literary texts and cultural/art activities.
2) Unlocking the student's creative writing potential
3) To enable the student to convey in an original way the associations and impressions of the books she reads and the activities she participates in.

4) Developing effective writing skills that can be used by the student in business life, with a unity of expression, and in accordance with the rules of spelling and grammar.

COURSE DEFINITIONTurkish Language II course programme includes the aims of ensuring that the student uses his/her mother tongue adequately and correctly, to make the student think about a subject in detail, to teach him/her to transfer his/her thoughts in a rational, simple, original, effective written and oral form, to gain the ability to make use of various sources, to gain the ability to evaluate data, to give the habit of listening, criticising, planned thinking, respecting thoughts and speaking in front of the public, to comprehend the importance of listening and reading in being successful and gaining knowledge, to direct the student to be a good listener and reader. In addition, it is an active learning course that aims to develop students' critical thinking, creation and expression skills.

2nd Week Four Basic Language Skills
3rd Week Listening, Listening Types and Techniques
4th Week Reading, Reading Types and Techniques
5th Week Speaking, Principles of Effective Speaking
6th Week Writing Training
7th Week Text Analysis
8th Week Official Correspondence (petition, CV, minutes, announcements, etc.)
9th Week Turkish Culture from Past to Present in the Context of Mother Tongue
10th Week Literary Genres (Poetry, Story, Essay, Novel, Tale, Epic)
11th Week Expression Disorders
12th Week Oral Expression and Types of Oral Expression
13th Week Use of Turkish in Social Media (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
14th Week Repetitions and applications for the final exam.
