At the end of this course, the students; 1) Can define basic concepts about nutrition, can define the relationship between nutrition and health, can make critics.
2) Can define basic concepts about food hygiene and safety, food preparation and cooking methods and menu planning. 3) Can differentiate between nutritional aims in special cases. 4) Can make comments on malnutrition problems and their solutions and ways of prevention.
