COURSE DEFINITION	Basic concepts and principles of effective instruction and learning; professional competency, roles and behaviors of teachers; preparation of course plans; content, benefits and limitations of micro teaching, preparing active learning activities according to the subject, camera recording of lectures; evaluating the course based on records, improving activities and lectures.
