At the end of this course, the students; 1) Explain the basic concepts of measurement and evaluation. 2) Follow the process of test construction. 3) Discuss the the appropriateness of instruments used in professional field for operational definitions and purpose of measurement. 4) Examine the types of items and interpret item and test statistics. 5) Discuss the psychometric properties of the instruments used in own professional field and scores obtained them. 6) Intrepret the outputs of statistics obtained form the instruments used in own professional field. 7) Distinguish which purpose of of the results obtained form instruments used in own professional field is used.
