At the end of this course, the students; 1) Know the basic concepts of the measurement and evaluation. 2) Know the importance and the principles of the measurement and evaluation in education 3) Know the psychometric attributions (validity, reliability) of the measures. 4) Apply the appropriate measurement and evaluation methods to determine the students' levels of acquisition to learning outcomes and misconceptions in the related field of study. 5) By calculating and interpreting the descriptive statistics for test scores, specify the groups of students in terms of the measured social or psychological attribution. 6) Calculate and interpret the standart scores.
