COURSE DEFINITION
In this course, the definition and classification of the legends which are evaluated in the scope of Turkish folk
literature are made and the legends such as Ergenekon, Manas, Yaratılış, Türeyiş, Göç are analyzed. General
information about the transition period legends as Köroğlu, Dede Korkut are given. These legends are
investigated and comprised with other literary varieties.
