LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) can determine place of Literature of Turkish Republic Period in Turkish literature. 2) can examine texts of Literature of Turkish Republic Period. 3) can criticize and interpret texts of Literature of Turkish Republic Period. 4) can classify literary schools in Literature of Turkish Republic Period.

COURSE DEFINITION	In this course, the progresses in our literary world throughout the foundation of Turkish republic to 1940's are investigated and these developments are evaluated in respect of works and figures. The relations with form and theme in the works of literature are investigated in practice.
