LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) In this course, family and child from an intercultural perspective, 2) the meaning and value attributed to childhood, 3) cultural approaches to children and family, 4) parenting and raising children in early childhood, 5) raising children in different cultures, 6) family and child in Turkic culture, 7) analyzing cultural elements, culturally sensitive teaching and culturally sensitive event preparation issues.

COURSE DEFINITION	This course provides students with a broad perspective to understand intra-family relationships, child-rearing processes, and the societal role of the family. Additionally, it offers opportunities for enhancing parenting skills and strengthening abilities to work with families.
