COURSE DEFINITION	In this course, students acquire skills to examine and compare early childhood education programs in different countries, to examine and compare educational approaches in early childhood education programs in different countries, to compare education programs and educational approaches with early childhood education programs and approaches in Turkey, and to evaluate successful preschool education programs.
