At the end of this course, students will learn the definition and importance of mental health, the historical development of mental health, theories about mental health, the characteristics of individuals with and without mental health, behavioral and adaptation problems seen in children [stuttering, inability to speak (mutism), bedwetting (enuresis), etc.). fecal incontinence (encopresis), thumb sucking, nail biting, aggression, jealousy, tics, stubbornness, sleep disorders, eating habit disorder, fear, attention deficit and hyperactivity, school fear, theft, lying), diagnosis and treatment of special situations in the family Examines the effects of divorce (divorce, step-parents, parent's death, etc.) on the child's mental health.
