LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) 1. Understands trends and innovations related to theory and research in the field of early childhood education.
2) 2. Describe the challenges children, teachers, and families face regarding early childhood education.
3) 3. Explains trends and innovations related to theory and research in the field of early childhood education by relating them to the concept of quality.
4) 4. Evaluates relevant scientific studies in early childhood education.
5) 5. Skills in writing and presenting evaluation reports for relevant scientific studies in early childhood education are developed.

COURSE DEFINITIONAt the end of this course, students are expected to examine early childhood education, which changes depending on time, economic changes, political/political developments, technology, measurement methods and developments in science, and discuss current issues supported by research findings.
