LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Research to establish the relationship between subject, program, and place.
2) Interpret the data of the built, natural, and social environment and uses them in the design process.
3) Use their knowledge in technology, structure, and materials on the basis of application processes.
4) Detail the project they developed using all the data at different scales to ensure its applicability.
5) Produce original projects to solve current architectural problems based on the given design problem.
6) Develop a project that considers the benefits to society and the public based on the data of the city, environment, and neighborhood.
7) Present the final product at the end of the design process in the best way by using up-to-date computer programs.

RECOMMENDED OPTIONAL PROGRAMME COMPONENT-
COURSE DEFINITIONWithin the scope of the course; project studies that propose original, contemporary and innovative architectural solutions for the given design problem are expected. The scope of the course consists of the creation and development of the architectural program that will form the basis of the design, the inclusion of current discussions in the design process, the practical handling of structure and material information, and the transfer of the design idea by using the right tools.
