At the end of this course, the students; 1) Can use theoretical and practical knowledge about the basic principles of project management, risk reduction and leadership that support the architectural profession in the project production process. 2) Can position the architect's leadership role in project initiation, design and design development processes for contract management. 3) Can define and analyze the needs of the architect, customer, owner and user and develop solution proposals. 4) Can internalize issues such as contracting, marketing, financial management as elements that support the profession. 5) Have theoretical and practical knowledge about business planning that supports the profession of architecture and can plan the work. 6) Can make complete and accurate documentation of the construction process of the project for work planning.

COURSE DEFINITION
This course aims to introduce the working fields of architect including organization and management strategies, technical, economic, political, social specifications of architecture; to define the roles of architect as a manager-designer, manager-constructer, and project manager in the office/site/ administration.
