At the end of this course, the students; 1) To develop a definition and interpretation of architecture that is nourished and intersected with the idea of ??creative thinking, art history and contemporary art. 2) To be able to produce interdisciplinary knowledge by bringing together the ways of producing, expressing, and representing knowledge of visual arts. 3) To classify and interpret architectural and artistic productions, designs in different scales, based on the knowledge gained about different visual arts. 4) To develop and use the interpretations of terminology and concepts used in visual arts in architectural theory and practice. 5) To instrumentalize the forms of production fed by artistic techniques and forms by investigating the effects of development and diversity in the field of visual arts on creating new ideas and concepts within architectural debates.

COURSE DEFINITION
This course aims to enable students to evaluate and comprehend the relationship between architecture and visual arts through the common and differentiated meanings between these two fields. The way and method used for this purpose is to develop architectural culture and visual criticism skills by questioning the conceptual and critical approaches that are significant in architectural history, theory, and representation, as well as by practical discussions in the contemporary architecture and art environment.
