LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Comprehend the ethical principles of the profession and reach the potential to develop relations with colleagues on this basis.
2) Make the necessary assessment in accordance with the authority and purpose to be presented and perform portfolio design, CV preparation and petition writing.
3) Correctly relate all regulations and standards related to project production.
4) Understand the potential of architectural education for different business areas that they can turn to after graduation and can direct themselves.
5) Understand the relationship of architecture with other project disciplines and can position themselves as a coordinators.
6) Criticize any architectural project on the basis of its compliance with the regulations.
7) Reinforce the experience of making objective self-criticism.

RECOMMENDED OPTIONAL PROGRAMME COMPONENT-
COURSE DEFINITIONThis course provides the basic information about the equipment related to the professional practice of architecture that students may need upon graduation. In this context, it focuses on preparing students for the profession from the knowledge of legislation required in the implementation of the profession to the applications of architecture in different fields. Within the scope of the course, the special qualities required by the architectural environment; basic information about the development of oral and written expression skills and the transfer of experience and accumulation using different tools are given. At the end of the course, it is aimed that students will have knowledge about current discussions, regulations and practices related to the profession and practice of architecture and develop skills in the subjects that may be needed after graduation.
