LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Acquires an ability to understand the general techniques of technical drawing within the framework of architectural notations/expressions. 2) Acquires an ability to explain their designs/ideas through the sketches and drawings they make. 3) Analyzes 2D shapes or 3D objects in a graphical environment. 4) Acquires basic ability to draw in different techniques and environments. 5) Acquires the manual dexterity to perform accurate, necessary information, regular and clear drawings. 6) Analyzes the relationship between design and its representations.

COURSE DEFINITION	The course aims to make students who are new to the Department of Architecture comprehend 2D and 3D expression techniques within the framework of 'technical drawing rules' in order to both perceive and to make perceive 2-dimensional shapes and 3-dimensional objects designed or observed.
