COURSE DEFINITION	The introduction of operational capital, capital structure theories, features of capital strucuture, basic and technical analysis methods and the interpretations in detail is aimed. Main principles of financial management, financial planning, cost of capital, capital structure, operational capital management, valuation of investment projects, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, leasing, factoring, and forfaiting will be the main topics in this module.
