COURSE DEFINITION
The main aim of this course is to investigate theoretical and regulative concepts regarding credit rating. The origins of credit rating, foreign practices, the origins and the development of rating in Turkey, legal issues and the current practices will be introduced. Also,credit risk measurement, financial analysis, Basel regulation are examined in the course.
