At the end of this course, the students; 1) Learn legislation provisions related to valid customs procedures. 2) Learn fundamental international contracts related to customs procedures. 3) Learn applications of import and export transactions. 4) Gain knowledge on correct use of customs procedures given different situations. 5) Learn documents that are used during import and export transactions. 6) Learn the preparation of these documents. 7) Learn import and export processes . 8) Gain knowledge on how taxes will be paid during foreign trade. 9) Learn how to make customs control. 10) Learn how to get import and export pre-permissions. 11) Learn sanctions related to breaking import and export rules.

COURSE DEFINITION
Aim of the course is to teach the international agreements framing the international trade to give to the students basics of EU and Turkish Customs Legislation under the frame of EU-Turkey Customs Union and to inform the students about the customs Regimes in Importation and Exportation.
