LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Gain general knowledge about the scope of biophysics and its applications. 2) Learn the measurement techniques in biophysics. 3) Understand the basics of physical characteristics of biological molecules. 4) Learn the basics of bioenergetics.

COURSE DEFINITION	Biophysical properties of body fluids, molecular interactions, molecular structure in living systems, biological membranes, ion channels, transport systems, biopotentials, membrane and action potential are examined.
