LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Isolate protein and perform quantitative analysis, visualize on SDS-PAGE, perform Westen blot analysis, and report the experimental results.
2) Perform fundamental chromatographic analysis, and report the experimental results.
3) Determine antioxidant enzyme activity using different techniques and report the experimental results.
4) Determine oxidative stress in cell using different parameters, quantitatively analyze antioxidant molecules of cells, and report the experimental results.
