COURSE DEFINITIONIn this course, students learn to analyze the basic concepts of Calculus such as Limit in functions, continiuity and differential.

1st Week Preliminaries,real numbers and the real line, cartesian coordinates in the plane,graphs of quadratic equations
2nd Week Functions and their graphs, the trigonometric functions
3rd Week Limits of functions, one-sided limits
4th Week Limits at infinity and infinite limits
5th Week Continuity
6th Week Differentiation, tangent lines and their slopes, differentiation rules
7th Week The chain rule, derivatives of trigonometric functions
8th Week Midterm Exam
9th Week Increasing and decreasing functions, higher-order derivatives,implicit differentiation
10th Week Inverse functions,exponential and logaritmic functions
11th Week Extreme values,concavity and inflections
12th Week Scetching the graph of a functions
13th Week Extreme value problems
14th Week Indeterminate forms
