LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Comprehend the objective, scope, function and importance of the public international law.
2) Learn evolution, sources and current developments in the field of the public international law.
3) Learn procedures, players, legal statuses and limits of interstate relations.
4) Learn the legal framework of the general structures and functioning of international organizations.

COURSE DEFINITIONThe aim of this course is to reveal the basic framework of international law in the light of basic sources and to discuss it in the context of current issues. In addition, while the subjects are covered on the basis of the fundamental and binding sources of international law, auxiliary sources will be utilized as much as possible.
