At the end of this course, the students; 1) acquire a general perspective about East Asian-Pacific regions' political, economic and international relations in regional and global scales. 2) understand the characteristics of the global and regional actors' policies. 3) interpret the cooperation mechanisms and regionalization approaches in the region. 4) learn the dynamics of the economic relations and competition among the actors and predict about the future of regional stability.

COURSE DEFINITION
Developments in the world have been displayed that mono-polarity is in decline after the Cold war period. The economic and political rise of the People's Republic of China is one of the substantial improvements. Besides, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Australia are taking the lead in the rising Asia-Pacific region. The goal of this course is teaching to the students of Political Science and International Relations dynamics of the world in the case of Asia-Pacific.
