LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) They learn the basic concepts and principles of administration and administrative law.
2) They learn the formation and functioning of the central administration, which we also call state administration.
3) They learn the decentralized government organizations, their formation and functioning.
4) They learn the elements of administrative procedures.
5) They learn what the regulatory processes are and their details.
6) They learn the types of administrative contracts and the distinction between private law contracts of administration and administrative contracts.
7) They learn an important part of the activities of the administration.
8) They learn the concept of administrative law enforcement, its differences from judicial law enforcement, and the details of administrative law enforcement.
9) They learn the organization of the administrative judiciary, its areas of duty and the annulment case, full jurisdiction case and stay of execution.
10) They learn ordinary and extraordinary legal remedies. They have detailed knowledge on these subjects.

COURSE DEFINITIONIn the Administrative Law course, the concept of administration, administrative law, the basic principles that dominate the administrative organization, central administration, decentralized administration institutions, administrative procedures and their elements, regulatory procedures and their types, administrative contracts and administrative law enforcement, as well as administrative judiciary, administrative judicial organization, annulment proceedings, full judicial proceedings, suspension of execution, ordinary and extraordinary remedies are discussed.
