At the end of this course, the students; 1) develop a perspective on the political, legal, cultural, and economic dimensions of international migration. 2) dicuss the role migration plays in politics of countries. 3) develop a perspective on the issue of migrants.

COURSE DEFINITION
In this course, international migration, which has become increasingly debated with recent developments, will be discussed with its political, legal, economic, social and cultural aspects. Also, together with the related theoretical approaches of the field, the development of this phenomenon from the past to the present, current problems and global opportunities and developments will be discussed. National, bilateral and multilateral mechanisms related to migration management will be examined.
