At the end of this course, the students; 1) Be aware of the importance of intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations within Political Science and International Relations. 2) Discuss international organizations from the theoretical perspectives such as realism, liberalism, constructivism 3) Evaluate the importance of international organizations in international security, economic development, environment and human rights. 4) Debate the role and necessity of international organizations in current issues. 5) Find possibilities of making apprenticeship in international organizations and probably even job opportunities.

COURSE DEFINITION
The aim of this course is to clarify the concept of international organizations based on the states at the center of the multidimensional international system in the twenty-first century and to analyze the aims, principles and contributions of organizations to the international system.
