COURSE DEFINITION | This course aims at increasing ethical awareness of students and equipping them with extensive knowledge about contemporary ethical issues in business life. First, how business ethics is defined from different points of view and the historical and philosophical foundations of business ethics will be dealt with. Then, well-known ethical issues such as social responsibility, monitoring managers, employee relations and the ethical leadership will be thoroughly examined. |
