At the end of this course, the students; 1) Know the concept and historical development of Quality 2) Know the fundamental concepts about Quality Management and Total Quality Management. 3) Know the fundamental concepts about Quality Culture, Quality Costs, Strategic Management, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty, Leadership and Team. 4) Know and use Problem Solving Tools in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Techniques. 5) Understand Process Management and Benchmarking. 6) Understand and use Quality Management Tools and Techniques. 7) Have knowledge of Just in Time Production / Lean Production, Quality Assurance and ISO 9000.
