LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT |
At the end of this course, the students; 1) Have knowledge of applying the theories of organizational behavior to real-life situations. 2) Have self-consciousness and do a personal SWOT analysis. 3) Develop personal skills in motivation, leadership styles, communication, developing the first impression, and creativity. 4) Develop managerial skills in conflict resolution, time management, meeting management, delegation, and decision making. 5) Develop organizational skills in team development, and designing learning organizations.

COURSE DEFINITION | In order to go beyond the classical conventional teaching methods of the theoretical courses, this course is designed using interactive and participative techniques where the student is expected to transfer the theoretical knowledge into practical use. Consequently, group activities, personal inventories, interactive displays, observation and case studies are used to convert the knowledge into personal practice. |
