COURSE DEFINITIONThe aim of this course is to discuss the management concepts and models attached to the gurus. These information sets are transferred to the students within a different perspective throughout the program. In this course, the managerial fashions and fads are categorized with reference to the historical developments. Then, their impact on the organizations is considered. The topics like learning organizations, reengineering, quality management, lean management, NLP , time management, principle-centered leadership would be discussed. Basically, the senior management program students are expected to be equipped with some applicable knowledge sets in organizations.
