At the end of this course, the students; 1) Enables them to understand the strategic importance of supply chains. 2) Reveals the factors that affect the performance of the supply chain. 3) Introduces analytical methodologies used in the management of supply chains. 4) Understand the importance of supply chain perspective on business performance and will have developed the ability to analyze problems related to supply chain design, planning and coordination.

COURSE DEFINITION
