At the end of this course, the students; 1) Are well informed about the rules concerning obligational relations. 2) Have the legal capacity to decide the validity and termination of debts and contracts. 3) Have the capacity to apply abstract legal rules to actual cases in order to resolve conflicts arising from obligational relationships. 4) Have the capacity to classify different types of contracts. 5) Learn basic principles of legal liability derived from the tort act.

COURSE DEFINITION
Concept of obligation, relationship and obligation, sources of obligation, formation and validity of legal transactions, particularly contracts, torts and unjust enrichment, assignment of claims, transfer of dept, certain types of agreements especially contrakt, about the transfer of ownership, contracts about the usage of property (tenancy, loan, commadatum) contracts about work, contracts about guaranty, ordinary partnership agreements.
