LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT |
At the end of this course, the students; 1) Know the structure of an entity, 2) Know the factors of production and the combinations of factors. 3) Find out the cost of capital of all, some portion of an entity or all of a Project using marginal cost of capital. 4) Solve the problems of capital budgeting using modified IRR. 5) Explain the effects of financial dangers and asymmetric information on the capital structure. 6) Define the factors that influence the dividend policy. 7) Implement the principles of working capital.

COURSE DEFINITION | This course; What is project and project management, how are the project management processes, how project management should be done in accordance with international standards, why is effective project management important, what kind of negativities can be caused by project management that is not done in accordance with standards, etc. It covers project management concepts with relevant examples in a way that will answer important questions. |
