At the end of this course, the students; 1) Understand the definition, scope and importance of the concept of Logistics Management. 2) Learn what strategic and financial approaches are in the field of logistics. 3) Understand how to apply demand management and its importance 4) Know how to perform customer service and its importance. 5) Identify the issues that need to be considered in purchasing. 6) Understand how to carry out stock and warehouse management and distribution management and its importance. 7) Know how to apply logistics simulation 8) Know how logistics is applied in international markets. 9) Understand the importance of the decisions regarding the operation of the logistics unit of the enterprises and gain the ability to analyze the causes of the problems that prevent businesses from performing superior performance in their logistics activities.
