1) Know the time value of money and basic financial mathematics
2) Theoretically pricing stocks and bonds
3) Analyze the cost of capital
4) Know the methods used in capital budgeting
5) Know dividend policy, debt policy and working capital management

7) Knows the contemporary theories of corporate finance
