COURSE DEFINITION
In this course, human behaviour in organizations is examined in terms of its impacts on the individual, group, and organizational effectiveness. At the individual level, personality, values, perception, motivation; at the group level, group formation, communication, leadership, power-politics, conflict and in the organizational level, structure, technology and organizational culture are discussed with respect to their impacts on the personal, group and organizational effectiveness.
