LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Knows the basic concepts related to the concept of commercial enterprise. 2) Knows the transfer and pledge of a commercial enterprise. 3) Knows commercial jurisdiction 4) Knows the legal concept of the trade registry and trade name. 5) Knows the characteristics of merchant and merchant assistants. 6) Defines the concept of a brand. 7) Knows the concept and elements of unfair competition. 8) Defines the commercial books and current account.

COURSE DEFINITION	This course introduces the legislative environment of business organizations, basic legal terms, and concepts. It will also review topics such as the establishment of business entities, types of business entities with respect to legal issues that are the primary concerns of management students.
