At the end of this course, the students; 1) Recognize the main discussion questions of the aesthetic discipline in relation to its historical context. 2) have knowledge about the basic approaches of philosophers. 3) Develop the ability to analyze and interpret the history of architecture and design in the light of theories of aesthetic.

COURSE DEFINITION | The aim of the course is to develop original relations by reconsidering the history of architecture and the concept of space in the light of aesthetic and philosophy of art theories. In this context, while aesthetic theories are put forward in a historical line, the history of architecture, art and design will be included in the discussion simultaneously, and practical and theoretical studies will be carried out in this context. |
