LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) Aims at developing the ability on 2 and 3 dimensional drawing techniques, experiencing the ways of analysing basic design problems 2) Developing skills on 3 dimensional perception, analysing and interpretation 3) The student visualizes his sketches done during the design process via two and three-dimensional technical drawing methods. 4) The student makes relation ships between technical drawing techniques and the principles of design basics, mathematics and geometry. 5) The student evaluates the principles of technical drawing techniques for using and manipulating the computer graphic programs for 2D and 3D drawings.

COURSE DEFINITION	Drawing is necessary for the expression of design ideas. This course is the first architectural representation / drawing course of the undergraduate curriculum. The course aims to learn technical drawing expressions of simple geometric shapes and compositions before architectural technical drawing.
