LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Have information about the types of works and the rights of the artist.
2) Have knowledge about the concept of trademark and trademark protection.
3) With the presentations they prepare, they both get information about the development processes of certain trademarks and improve their communication skills.
4) Have knowledge about the concept of invention and the legal protection of the invention
5) Have knowledge about design, concepts of similarity in design and legal protection.

4th Week Financial Rights of Authors, Limits of Rights
5th Week Related Rights, Infringement of Rights Status

8th Week Definition of trademark, types of trademarks, relationship between trademark and colors, trademark functions, elements of trademarks, reasons for absolute rejection of trademarks
