COURSE DEFINITION	Definition of Human Resources Management, its scope, its place and importance in the organizational structure, personnel management, functions that form the basis of human resources management; job analysis and job design, human resources planning, human resources procurement process, performance evaluation system, wage concept; wage systems, job valuation, job security and employee health, manager's characteristics; working principles, corporate culture and new formations in human resources are covered.
