LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT	At the end of this course, the students; 1) gain the ability to learn the concepts of pixel, vector, color and resolution in the computer environment. 2) become familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator programs and gain the ability to learn their menus. 3) gain the ability to learn basic pixel drawing and painting methods. 4) gain the ability to learn basic vector drawing and painting methods. 5) gain the ability to learn to work and save with different file formats.

COURSE DEFINITION	Making applications in digital environment using fashion design program. Figure selection, color and pattern selection, model selection and collection preparation taking into account fashion trends.
COURSE CONTENTS	WEEK TOPICS 1st Week Entrance. General Information. Information about the Materials Required for the Course and the Procedure of the Course 2nd Week Introduction to Adobe Photoshop, introduction 3rd Week Using tools and shortcuts in Adobe Photoshop. 4th Week Repeating tools and creating patterns, textures and reporting 5th Week Project start and implementation in Adobe Photoshop 6th Week Project implementation in Adobe Photoshop 7th Week Evaluation of the work of the project given in Adobe Photoshop 8th Week Midterm 9th Week Introduction to Adobe Illustrator 10th Week Using tools and shortcuts in Adobe Illustrator. 11th Week Tools repetition and pattern, texture creation and reporting in Adobe Illustrator 12th Week Project start and implementation in Adobe Illustrator 13th Week Project implementation in Adobe Illustrator 14th Week Evaluation of the work of the project given in Adobe Illustrator
