COURSE DEFINITIONPattern grading techniques, usage purposes. Creating a grading of the basic pattern of a garment. Grading a model-applied garment.
COURSE CONTENTS
WEEKTOPICS
1st Week Studies of taking measurements, giving measures in ready made clothing. Preparing size charts, Learning sizes and standarts.
2nd Week Tools used in grading, grading proportions, grading points and essentials in grading technique.
3rd Week Grading basic skirt and pieced skirt pattern.
4th Week Grading basic and model applied trousers .
5th Week Grading basic body pattern and arm pattern.
6th Week Midterm Exam
7th Week Grading blouse pattern without pliers.
8th Week Grading body patren with japone arm.
9th Week Grading body patren with raglan arm.
10th Week Grading basic jacket and arm pattern.
11th Week Grading model applied jacket pattern.
12th Week Midterm Exam
13th Week Grading basic coat and arm pattern
14th Week Grading model applied coat pattern
