At the end of this course, the students; 1) learn about design development and implementation, collection planning and development methods. 2) can create their first mini collection. 3) acquire the technical skills for model analysis. 4) gain the ability to understand and effectively interpret technical sheets. 5) gain the ability to sew and rehearse samples. 6) develop models with draping applications on the mannequin. 7) master the applications of draping, pattern and sewing techniques. 8) develop their skills in preparing and presenting personal collections. 9) present their collection with a fashion show at the end of the year. 10)

COURSE DEFINITION
Researching the fabric and other materials of the models prepared in the product development course, determining the sewing and decoration techniques, making the final corrections of the models and starting production.

Market research (determination of target audience and theme), Fabric, color, pattern, accessory research, Model design, Preparation of measurement forms, Preparation of patterns, Prototype sewing, control and corrections, Series preparation, Presentation of the collection.
4th Week
Concept determination for Graduation Project, Primary Research on the Subject.
5th Week
Analysis of research data on the subject.
6th Week
Fabric, Color, Pattern, Accessory Research, Fabric Research Selection of fabrics to be used in the preparation of the collection.

Midterm Exam, Evaluation of Research Data
