COURSE DEFINITION
This course builds upon and reinforces the skills acquired in AMER 119 English Grammar I. The course continues to focus on the use and analysis of grammatical forms and structures, expecting students to apply grammatical rules more correctly and efficiently in their own writing and speaking. The course also focuses on more advanced forms and structures in the English language, drawing attention to smaller but significant details essential to gain better mastery of the language.
