LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT At the end of this course, the students;
1) Learn about the first term gains, learn to petitions, reports, and write their resume.
2) Learn about the properties of good and effective speech, recognize literary types.
3) Learn about the properties of tale and the speech event status and history.
4) Learn about the types of verbal expression.
5) Learn how to be a good and efficient listening.
6) Learn to approach the subject from different perspectives.
7) Learn the rules of debate.
8) Learn how to speak in front of the community.
9) Complete whether they are ready or not for the shortcomings of the test .

COURSE DEFINITIONTeaching to express one's thoughts verbally and in writting in a simple, rational, original and effective way; developing in the students habits and skills of listening, critical thinking and reading.
COURSE CONTENTS

1st Week II. semester program and the introduction of books. First semester summary. Distribution and planning of the presentation subjects.
2nd Week Information about petition, report, cirriculum vitae and petition application.Information about the cirriculum vitae and presentation
3rd Week Petition application. What is a speech ? Conversation's place in our lives. principles of effective and rhetoric speech. Factors affecting the oratory speech (media, listener, speaker's characteristics) Presentation
4th Week Petition exam. Introduction of literary genres (short stories, poetry, novels, theater, etc.) Information about the event story, and event story analysis. Presentation
5th Week Information about status story. Analysis of status story. information on report history presentation
6th Week Texture and pattern of speech (voice, pronunciation, expression characteristics)
7th Week prepared and impromptu speech. Presentation
8th Week Seeech plan (introduction, discussion, conclusion parts). Transformation of speech into text. Presentation
9th Week MIDTERM
10th Week Types of Verbal Presentation.
11th Week Listening, listening types and techniques. text analysis (through listening)presentation
12th Week Comparision of two texts on the same subject arranged by different perspectives Presentation
13th Week Essay writing talents .Public speaking . Presentation
